QUEER Salsa & Bachata Workshop
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the QUEER Salsa & Bachata Workshop.
No prior dance experience is required, but a passion for learning and an open-minded, inclusive attitude are encouraged.
Registration and Payment:
To secure a spot in the workshop, participants must complete the registration process and make full payment in accordance with the specified payment instructions.
Payment is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy (if applicable).
We believe everyone should have access to our events, regardless of financial constraints. Therefore, we offer a limited number of free tickets for individuals with low income. Please reach out to us directly to request a free ticket. Additionally, we kindly ask that recipients of free tickets commit to attending all sessions to ensure fairness and maximize the opportunity for others in need. By accepting a free ticket, you agree to attend all sessions unless circumstances prevent your attendance. Please consider the impact on others before requesting a free ticket, as availability is limited.

Workshop Schedule:
The QUEER Salsa & Bachata Workshop consists of 8 hours of instruction over 4 weeks.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Any missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Code of Conduct:
Respect and inclusivity are fundamental values of this workshop. Participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow participants with kindness and consideration, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or background.
Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the workshop without a refund.
Content Creation and Live Streaming:
Participants acknowledge and agree to the organization's content creation and live streaming policies, as outlined in the provided consent form and/or ticket purchase information.
Personal Belongings:
Sanura Dance Organisation and its instructors are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the workshop.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your participation, please inform the instructors prior to the workshop.
Photography and Videography:
Sanura Dance Organisation reserves the right to photograph and record workshop sessions for promotional and educational purposes. Participants who prefer not to be included in such materials should inform the organization in writing.
Changes and Cancellations:
Sanura Dance Organisation reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, including instructors and locations, as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
In the event of workshop cancellation by Sanura Dance Organisation, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop registration fee.
